This soap is a real game changer in my constant fight against psoriasis. As every sufferer knows, there is nothing that can truly “heal” psoriasis but the soap stopped the scaling completely and reduced the inflammation a great deal. At the moment I’m using it in the shower every morning and let it sink in for about 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing it off with cool water. It would probably help even more to use it again before going to bed so I’m thinking about that, too, to clear my skin completely. After getting used to the smell I actually like it but it certainly is strong. It’s also important to stay out of the sun or use sun protection while using tar products in order to avoid getting burned. All in all a five star product and I hope you will be producing it for many years to come! Many thanks to the Caria team not only for making great products but also for your priceless customer service.

I have been seeking a replacement to Coal Tar soap and your excellent Pine Tar Soap has performed very well indeed.

It has been kind, gentle and had helped with surface skin problems.

It is not great for people who are offended by strong scents initially – but it really does work and has been the first solution in 2 years of seeking a soap that works 🙂

    thank you 🙂

Thank you for your comments. We are very glad the soap helps.
Yes, the Pine Tar has a strong odour. We now have a Pine Tar Peppermint, where the Peppermint helps to mask the smell somewhat.
We will also be producing a Juniper Tar bar which also has tremendous skin healing properties.
